04.03.2010: Moins d'un an après l'apparition du virus H1N1, l'OMS est aujourd'hui sur la sellette. L'Organisation mondiale de la santé a-t-elle déclaré hâtivement le plan de lutte contre une pandémie ? C'est l'enquête du 20 heures. 01.02.2010 | Eine öffentliche parlamentarische Anhörung mit dem Titel "Der Umgang mit der H1N1-Pandemie: Ist mehr Transparenz erforderlich?" hat am 26. Januar am Rande der Plenarsitzung der Parlamentarischen Versammlung des Europarates stattgefunden. Einige Mitglieder der Versammlung – darunter der scheidende Vorsitzende des Unterausschusses der PACE für Gesundheit, Dr. Wolfgang Wodarg (Deutschland, SOC) - Initiator des Berichtes – forderten in einem Antrag im Dezember, dass die Versammlung diese Frage behandele. Die Anhörung stand für die Presse offen. Sowohl die Anhörung, als auch die Pressekonferenz wurden live im Internet übertragen. Hier der Beitrag von Herrn Dr. Wodarg (auf Englisch):

In a large number of cases, public authorities have forced, or attempted to force, journalists to disclose their sources, despite the clear standards set by the European Court of Human Rights and the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe.
